This is the final episode for my first poem collection!

“a midnight performance meant for you”

This poem is about being so infatuated with someone that the rest of the world fades away when you see them. Having someone that can make everything else disappear just by their presence is truly magical, but it can be heart-wrenching if they don’t see you like that.

“another season”

As this is the last poem, it only felt right to have the theme be about endings and beginnings. At some point, things just have to end. Endings can be relieving, but sometimes bittersweet. But always remember that when something ends, something new is setting in. So another season has begun, what plot line are you going to be playing out?
