How to relieve exam stress?

Since exams are very close, I want to share some of my tips to relieve exam stress. 1) Avoid other stressed people and try to not think about it. 2) The day before make sure you have slept at least 8 hours. 3) After you take the exam try to not look up or ask the answers from your exam, it will cause more stress and will let you think that you did bad. 4) Immediately after your exam focus on your next exam and forget about the one you just did. 5) If you are really struggling the day before the exam, take a bath or shower and drink some hot chocolate or tea. Usually, those will relax you and you will want to sleep right after.
